How long before I can see some samples?

We can usually have the initial concepts to you in 1-3 business days.

When can I get my business cards?

Once you have approved your final proof, the business cards arrive in 3-5 days.

Why can't you use the picture I have?

In very rare instances we can. But for professional printing and other applications, vector art is required. JPGs are good for your computer screen, or your digital home printer, but vector art is the industry standard.

Usually, with an average quality image (not photograph), we can rebuild this into vector art for you.

Who keeps the rights to my company logo?

You keep the rights to the logo you have chosen, along with the final files. We keep your files on record for 1 year in the event you lose them or choose to purchase marketing materials from us. If we haven't heard from you after that time the are discarded. Abbellire retains the rights to the design samples not chosen.

What formats do you provide for logos?

Initially we will send you JPGs as they are easy to send and are formatted for you to look at on your computer screen. Occasionally we make send you a PDF if we feel the small detail is critical and want you to print it out. Ultimately we send the final design to you in an .EPS, .PDF, .JPG, .GIF, and .TIF files. Some desings may include a .PNG file. All of these files can be opened in a standard PC (.PDF needs a free download)., the .EPS file requires special software and is used primarily for production of various types of marketing professionals.

What is your guarantee policy?

We want to make sure you are satisfied and that our work exceeds your expectations. 99% of our business comes from referrals and we like that. We guarantee that we will work on your project until you are satisfied. And if for some reason we cannot, let us know, and we will either come up with a brand new concept for you or refund an appropriate portion of your money.
